Q: Can we view a wedding DVD sample?

A:  It is company policy that we do not send out copies of other couples weddings the reason is that we believe in complete client confidentiality. In turn this gives you the complete assurance that your wedding DVD’s or Photographs would not be sent out the public. Companies that send out sample DVD's and Photographs usually only send samples that have been heavily edited from the originals. Ideally you need to have a chance to see many examples of our work where you can jump to any scene. We have posted a number of samples on the site,which will give you a snap shot of some of our work. At Bill Media we treat every wedding as one of the most important days for both the Bride and Groom, we would like to meet with you for a no obligation consultation, at this time we can show you any number of DVD's, Photograph albums, and Storybooks to tailor and advise you of the best options.


Q: How long have you been filming weddings and taking photographs?


A: Over 20 years experience in the industry.

Q: Can we choose our own music?


A: Yes you may choose your own music, we will be available to guide and assist you. Copyright licenses are included, but any additional fees, such as Gurdwara/Temple and Venue fees for video filming are your responsibility.


Q: How long will the Wedding DVD last?


A: This is dependent on a number of factors e.g. length of service / speeches, and length of the reception. You may rest assured that nothing will be missed.


Q: How long do you spend on preparing the wedding photographs / Wedding DVD ?


A: We Endeavour to complete postproduction editing, authoring and checking of photographs and DVD’s with in Six weeks post shoot.


Q: What happens if my service or Reception times exceed their stipulated times?

A: We appreciate that on occasions this can be very difficult to manage, all prices are subject to prior arrangements. However please see optional details for additional prices. We will not leave the venue with out completing all appropriate footage.

 

Q: What happens if one of your cameras fail?

A: We always carry backup cameras to reduce this risk.


Q: In the unlikely event that you are unable to shoot the event or continue due to ill health,what back up do you have?

A: Our staff at Bill Media are all conversant with all camera equipment, and a call can be made for instant support.

 

Q: Will you come early on the wedding day?

A: Yes. We always arrive at least half an hour before the arranged times.

 

Q: How will you be dressed?

A: Our dress code is smart with a view to blend in with your guests.

 

Q: Can we arrange changes after I receive my DVD?

A: When nearing completion of the DVD, you will be invited to proof the footage and any changes or alteration can be easily made. However, any changes or alterations post delivering the DVD’s, Photograph albums or Storybooks will incur extra charges.

 

Q: Will we be the first to view our wedding DVD / photographs.

A: It is our policy that all DVD’s, Photo albums and Storybooks are either collected from our Studios or delivered to you personally.


Q: How much is the Videography / Photographic booking fee?

A: 30% of the total booking in payable as an initial deposit, 50% of the balance is then required on completion of all shooting (e.g. at the end of the Wedding or Reception), the remaining balance is then required either collection or delivery of all DVD’s and Albums, or Storybooks.


Q: What happens if I have to cancel?

A: We regret that your booking fee is non-refundable. We do recommend that you take out wedding insurance to cover all eventualities.
